Wearable Wisdom for Healthier Futures

We advance AI-driven healthcare through sleek wearables for continuous monitoring and proactive care solutions.

HARDWARE

The Architecture of Continuous Care

We've engineered a device that bridges the gap between clinical excellence and daily comfort. Our sleek wearable technology provides the foundation for continuous data streams that keep you and your care team connected without intrusion.

Every sensor is calibrated for precision, ensuring that the proactive health insights we provide are based on high-integrity monitoring. It's medical grade intelligence, designed for life on the move.

Designing Proactive Care Solutions Through Advanced AI Integration

We leverage cutting-edge AI systems to transform continuous wearable data into actionable medical intelligence. VytalFlow AI anticipates potential health shifts in real-time, enabling health professionals to initiate proactive care interventions before patient needs become critical.

The Future of Proactive Health

Continuous monitoring and AI-driven insights that redefine care delivery.

Continuous Vigilance

Real-time vitals tracking ensures that no critical health change goes unnoticed, providing constant peace of mind for individuals, patients and families.

Predictive Analysis

Advanced AI algorithms analyze biosignals to predict potential health events days before they escalate, enabling truly proactive intervention.

Seamless Integration

Our sleek wearables sync directly with healthcare provider dashboards, shortening the loop between data collection and professional care.

Our Inspiration

Our Inspiration VytalFlowAI was created to address one of the most urgent challenges in healthcare — the gap between when risk begins and when care actually intervenes. The idea was shaped through years of frontline clinical experience and doctoral research focused on cardiovascular health in underserved populations.

Across settings, one pattern remained clear: the patients at highest risk were often identified too late, monitored inconsistently, and treated reactively rather than proactively. These gaps are not just clinical. They reflect deeper disparities in access, continuity, and early detection that continue to impact outcomes at scale.

VytalFlowAI was built to change that. By combining wearable technology with intelligent, adaptive systems, we are creating a new model of care — one that continuously monitors, learns from real time data, and enables earlier, more precise intervention before decline occurs. This is not just about data collection. It is about transforming how and when care happens. A system that listens continuously learns intelligently and acts when it matters most.

Our Founders

Vanessa Riley, MSN, RN, FNP-C — Chief Executive Officer. Doctoral Researcher and Nurse Practitioner specializing in infectious disease and cardiovascular health in underserved populations. Vanessa leads the vision and strategy behind VytalFlowAI, focused on building intelligent systems that close gaps in care and improve outcomes at scale.

Vincent Njoku, MD, DBA, MBA, PMP — Chief Technology Officer. AI Engineer and Physician with a focus on adaptive and personalized care. In addition, he holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Nutrition & Exercise Physiology, along with certifications in Project Management (PMP®) and Artificial Intelligence from Stanford University. Vincent leads the development of VytalFlowAI’s technology, building responsive systems designed to support real time, patient centered clinical decision making.

Our Mission

VytalFlow AI is dedicated to close gaps in care through intelligent, adaptive wearable technology that enables earlier insight, supports real time decision making, and expands access to precision healthcare for all populations.
